Tobago Information Technology Limited (TITL)

The Tobago Information Technology Limited (TITL) was established as a special purpose Company of the Tobago House of Assembly to provide quality service through the application of ICT while stimulating growth and efficiency in the sector.

TITL’s Information Technology Centre (ITC) at Signal Hill is the base from which TITL has gained recognition regionally and internationally for its innovative and unique services. Its IT Literacy and Community Walk-In Centres have attained national Diamond Standard certification from the Ministry of Public Administration while the 211 call service, is the first of its kind in the English speaking Caribbean providing information on government services in Tobago and 24-hour access to emergency service providers in Tobago.

The company also provides ICT training, access to an electronic recruitment portal – the Employment Exchange Bureau, video conferencing and meeting facilities, to enhance access to quality services to residents of, and visitors to Tobago while also bringing government closer to the people consistent with the island’s Comprehensive Economic Development Plan (CEDP).
