The Office of the Secretary is responsible for the strategic oversight of the Division through policy development and implementation. The Secretary of the Division, Assemblyman Joel Jack, is supported by a team of technical and administrative professionals who are tasked with aligning work programmes to achieve the Division’s mandate. Some of the key responsibilities include preparation and presentation of the Assembly’s Annual Budget Statement, drafting and preparation of Executive Council Notes and coordinating and facilitating high-level meetings. Within the Secretary’s Office are the Communication and the Investment Public Private Partnership (IP3) Units.
